Thank you for shopping with minilabel.

 Shipping is free for all U.S. orders of $50 or above.

Orders will generally ship within 24 hours. Over the holidays, please allow some extra time for orders to ship.

If you’re interested in international shipping rates, please contact us prior to your order at  info@minilabelbaby.com

We try to maintain our inventory as accurately as possible, but if we are out of stock of anything we will ship out the rest of your order.

 

Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return labels are $6.99 and will be deducted from your refund. 

A 3% restocking fee will be applied to all returns

There are no returns from outside the contiguous United States.

All gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@minilabelbaby.com.

Important Note Regarding Promotions: If a return is initiated and a promotional item is part of it, and the return amount is less than the value of the promotion, then the promotional fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We can only exchange items that are received defective or damaged. Please contact us at info@minilabelbaby.com within 3 days of receiving the item if it arrives defective or damaged.
